By installing or using Hindu Calendar: Divya Panchang (“the app”), published by Sky Techno Biz (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What the app provides

The app calculates Panchang, Choghadiya, Muhurat, Hindu calendar dates, festivals, eclipses, Kundli and Kundli Milan from astronomical data on your device.

2. Religious and cultural information only

All Panchang, Muhurat, Kundli, Manglik and Milan information is provided as religious and cultural information. It is not medical, legal, financial, marital or other professional advice, and no outcome is promised. Dates and timings can differ between traditions, regions and Panchang makers. For important ceremonies and decisions, please also consult a qualified priest or astrologer.

3. Accuracy

We work carefully to keep calculations accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every date, time or result is free of errors. The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Ads and Premium

The app is free and shows ads. An optional Premium plan may be offered through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play; cancelling stops future renewals, and Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. All calculations remain free for everyone.

5. Your use of the app

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its content except as allowed by law. You are responsible for the information you enter, including other people's birth details, and should have their permission to store them.

6. Third-party components

The app uses third-party software and data, including the NASA JPL DE440 ephemeris (public domain), GeoNames data (CC BY 4.0) and fonts under the SIL Open Font License. Their licences are listed in the app under About → Open-source licences.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any decision or action taken on the basis of information shown in the app.

8. Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. The current version is always on this page. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
